The topic of aim assist in shooting games always comes with debate, especially on consoles. Some players think it helps balance against PC players; others feel it gives too much support.

Matthew Nickerson, senior combat designer at Battlefield Studios, explained that the new system uses real-time rendering to make aiming smoother and more consistent. The idea behind it is to make aim assist feel natural, not forced.
One big change is the removal of snap zoom, which was present in Battlefield 2042. Snap zoom was the feature that instantly snapped your crosshair onto the enemy, and many players felt it was too automatic.
In Battlefield 6 Aim Assist , the player now has to provide input before the system even activates. This means the system will help, but it will not play for you.

Nickerson said that the goal is for players to feel they achieved the action, not that a system did it for them. It is designed to support your aim, not replace it.
Why It Matters?
For console players, this change is important. It avoids the feeling that the game is doing the hard work, while still giving enough assistance to make aiming fair when compared with keyboard and mouse users. The balance between comfort and skill is what the developers are aiming for.
Battlefield 6 Release
Battlefield 6 will launch on October 10 for PS5 , Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A new battle royale mode is also being developed and may be released on October 28.
The team also confirmed cross-play, so players on different platforms can play together. Recently, new gameplay from the map Mirak Valley has been shown, giving a first look at how the new aiming system feels in action.

Gameplay and experience

For those who are new, Arena Breakout Infinite is all about high risk and reward. Every match or raid is simple to understand but tough to survive.
You enter the map, collect loot, fight enemies, and if you manage to extract with your gear you keep it. If you fail and get taken down, you lose everything you carried. This makes every match tense and meaningful.
At launch the game already comes with five maps. These are Farm, Valley, Armory, TV Station and Northridge.
Each map is now more dynamic because of the new weather system. Things like rain, fog and storms can change how a raid plays out. For example, bad visibility can make it harder to spot enemies or extract safely.
The weapon system also got bigger. New guns like PP19, CZ807 and AN94 are now in the game along with 40 extra tactical accessories.
In total there are 69 weapons and more than 880 accessories which means players can customize their loadout in many different ways.
The Farm map has also been updated with new areas such as Grain Trading Zone and Stables, giving more options during fights.

Progression and new features
The full release does not only focus on combat. The Trophy Room has been expanded and players now have a new crafting system.
This system lets you build strong items and even rare ammo. Some tactical items like the Experimental Physique Enhancing Pill are also introduced, which give players more choices in battle strategy.
Fair play focus
One of the most important points about Arena Breakout Infinite is the promise of fairness. MoreFun Studios has clearly listened to the community and removed pay to win options.
- High tier gear and ammo are no longer available in the market to stop unfair advantages.
- The biggest secure cases can only be earned through playing missions, not through money.
- Buying Koen, the in-game currency, with real money has been completely removed.
On top of this, the anti cheat system is one of the strongest in the genre right now. It makes the matches more reliable and competitive.

Launch celebration
To make the release bigger, MoreFun Studios is running a Full Release Showdown with some of the most popular streamers.
Names like Shroud, Summit1g, LVNDMARK and Scump are all part of it. Players who watch the event on Twitch can also get rewards like skins and streamer stickers through Twitch Drops and support campaigns.
The full release of Arena Breakout Infinite is not just another game launch. It has new content, better systems and a clear commitment to fair play.
The developers removed pay-to-win, added anti-cheat, and gave players more ways to progress by actually playing the game. For anyone who wants a tactical shooter that rewards skill over spending, this release is worth trying.
