Step 1: Login to your Twitter account and start writing a Tweet.
Note: This feature works with both single tweets and Tweet threads.
Step 2: You will see a calendar icon at the right in the bottom. Click on it.
Step 3: You will see the schedule menu. Use the drop-down boxes to select the date, time, and time-zone at which you want your scheduled Tweet to be posted and click on ‘Confirm’.

Additional: If you do not want to post a tweet or schedule it, you can also save it as draft. Just close the composer and click on ‘Save Draft’. When you are ready to post it or schedule it, click on the calendar button and search for ‘Scheduled tweets’ and click on ‘Draft’ and you will see your Tweet. Additionally, you can also click on ‘Scheduled’ from the calendar menu. And manage your saved drafts and scheduled Tweets.
