After much speculation & rumors, Poco announced the arrival of the next iteration in its F series Flagships a couple of days ago.
The company announced on Twitter that the next iteration in the POCO F series will launch on May 9. As evident, it’s a series that includes two devices, i.e., the vanilla F5 & the Pro version F5 Pro, and it is the successor of the POCO F4 series

Well, the Global launch and the Indian launch of the POCO F5 series is happening on the same day, although one thing to note as it looks like that only the vanilla F5 will make its way to India as the company has been teasing just that, and Global market will get both the vanilla & the Pro model.
Now although the launch is still a couple of weeks away but that hasn’t stopped the leaks to pop out as the Renders & Specifications of the upcoming POCO F5 have been leaked.
Thanks to Shudhanshu Ambore, in collaboration with 91mobiles Hindi , shared the renders & specifications of the upcoming POCO F5 on Twitter.
Let’s take a look at the leaked renders & Specifications of the upcoming POCO F series handset.

POCO F5 Renders (Leaked)
Looking at the Leaked renders of the POCO F5 reveals a big display up front with minimal bezels all around & small chin. There’s a centered punch-hole camera up front. The power button & volume rockers are on the right. Also, the fingerprint sensor is embedded in the power button itself.

As for the back, there’s a triple rear camera setup, with each lens having its housing. The LED Flash is just next to the cameras, and the company branding aligns with the cameras at the bottom left.
Now that we know how the vanilla POCO F5 looks, let’s take a look at the specifications of the POCO F5.
POCO F5 Specifications (Leaked)
POCO F5 will reportedly have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz high refresh rate and FullHD+ resolution
Powering the device will be the New Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chipset, and this will make the upcoming POCO F5, the first phone in India to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chipset.
As for the RAM & Storage, the handset is expected to feature 8GB RAM & 256GB & 12GB RAM & 256GB Storage, confirmed by POCO India.
The vanilla variant will come in two color options, Black & White. Both colors have different finishes, and it looks like the black color of the rear panel looks similar to Redmi K20 Pro.

For the optics, The handset has a triple rear camera setup at the back, the primary sensor is said to be 64MP (Confirmed by POCO), and it is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and, of course, the filler lens, i.e., 2MP macro lens. For the selfies, it’ll have a 16MP sensor
Well, POCO F5 is said to feature a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast wired charging.
Furthermore, the vanilla POCO F5 is rumored to be rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 Pro Turbo that launched in China, and as for the Pro variant, it is said to be rebranded Redmi K60.

It was yesterday only when Global Vice President of Xiaomi announced Poco as an independent brand. Now we are already getting leaks for next-gen Poco phones. Here are the known details of the upcoming Poco F2 Lite.

The leak has come from the Youtube Channel RevAtlas . Although those clips were sent to him anonymously. He didn’t claim it to 100% verified but it seems to be a bit legit as we already have the announcement from Manu Kumar Jain.

As according to the image, the front looks like something Note 7 series and Note 8 series from Redmi. At this time I don’t have much information about the other information.
But the waterdrop notch with a thick bezel at the bottom actually suggests that it will be in the affordable mid-range segment. As suggested by the unknown leakster, the device will be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 SoC.

According to the hearsay, Poco F2 Lite will run on Android 10 with custom MIUI 11 custom skin for Poco. Along with this, the device is most likely to offer a 48/64MP primary camera, accompanied by an ultra-wide-angle or a telephoto lens.
As we already have seen a good battery in Poco F1 i.e., 4000 mAh, then we also can expect at least 4000 mAh or more than it in the Poco F2 Lite. But according to the leak, it is expected to have a 5000 mAh battery.
Regarding the price, as it includes a “lite” in its name, then we can expect the pricing to be less than 20000 INR in the Indian market for the least 6 GB and 64 GB variant.
