You can preorder on the Switch 2 eShop and at major retailers . There are two main digital/retail options. The Standard Edition is listed around £64.99/$69.99, and the Deluxe Edition is about £74.99/$79.99. The Deluxe is the one with all the extras if you want them.

Pre-order bonus and Deluxe contents

Every pre-order includes the Grace: Apocalypse costume right away. The Deluxe Edition bundles extra content: five costumes, two visual filters, four weapon skins, two charms, an audio pack with classic Raccoon City tracks, and some in-game files and extras. If you want the extra cosmetics and nostalgia bits, get Deluxe.

Hardware and bundles

Capcom is also selling a themed Switch 2 Pro Controller that launches with the game. A Grace Ashcroft amiibo is scheduled for summer 2026, but Capcom has not shared full details yet.

There is also a Generation Pack that bundles Requiem with Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil Village for Switch 2, great for collectors.

Capcom plans a Resident Evil Showcase early in 2026 with more gameplay and info. So expect more details before launch.

Overall, if you plan to play on Switch 2, preorder now to secure the Grace: Apocalypse costume and decide if the Deluxe extras or the Generation Pack are worth it. The Pro Controller and amiibo are useful if you want physical collectibles or a themed setup.
